Introduction

PRINCE2®* is the project management method that provides a guiding framework of processes, principles and techniques and has been proven to be effective on a vast array of projects.

PRINCE2® offers a business-based and generic, rather than technically specific, process that can be readily applied to a wide variety of large and small business projects. PRINCE2® works equally effectively in a standalone, or a programme environment.

The course is delivered in an entertaining and highly interactive manner with many real life examples used to illustrate the subject. There is a high degree of delegate participation, examination preparation and practice.

Prerequisites

There are no specific prerequisites for attending, delegates are sent a copy of the manual prior to the course and pre-reading will dramatically increase the chance of success in the examination.

Duration

This is a three-day event, with the foundation examination taken at the end of day three.

Examinations

The foundation examination lasts one hour and is a closed book, multiple choice paper. A pass mark of 50% or higher is required.

This course is accredited by the APM Group.
