PRINCE2®* is the project management method that provides a guiding framework of processes, principles and techniques and has been proven to be effective on a vast array of projects.

PRINCE2® offers a business-based and generic rather than technically specific process that can be readily applied to a wider variety of large and small business projects. PRINCE2® works equally effectively in a stand-alone or in a programme environment.

Introduction to PRINCE2® is a one-day seminar that provides an overview of the content and format of the method, together with guidance on its strengths, weaknesses and application.
