International Telecoms
For an international telecoms company implementing SAP software we developed a Train the Trainer training programme that was then cascaded to 1,000 key end users involving 1,400 stores and affecting 50,000 employees.
UK Bank
For a major high street bank we have a dedicated team working shift patterns which can handle 220,000 training enquiries per annum; from HR induction day, one day training events to residential course requirements, as well as find venues and produce training materials.
Public Sector
For a large Government department we helped deliver an Oracle implementation and integration project. We designed, developed, tested and delivered a system of on-line Help functions and “How to” guides reflecting how the new processes would work in real time. We also delivered train the trainer programmes and captured training records.
